To sign up to the PSAR affiliate program click here

On the page that opens fill out following sections. We will assume that you are not already member so there is no need to fill out anything in the middle section called Current Existing Members.

Then click the  button

You will get a confirmation page notifying you that you’ve been registered. Within a day you will receive an email with your account details.

Step 3 – Start your campaign

In the email you’ve received from us you will find the URL to use on your website, email and/or newsletters. For details see following chapters.

Logon to your account using following link

Navigate to Misc Page/Show HTML. Once there, cut and paste the HTML code presented in the Click Tracking Instruction box into your website. Note: don’t use the code presented in below picture, as it is not your personalized code.

2 – I will use email and/or newsletters to advertise

When you will use email to execute your campaign you only need to use a URL with following format:

http://coldfusion.affiliateshop.com/AIDLink.cfm?AID=XXXXXX

Where XXXXX needs to be replace with your affiliate ID number (e.g. AID=001504. see the confirmation email for the exact URL)

Each visitor who clicks on your link will be marked as being your customer. If that same person decides to buy PSAR a few days later or even weeks and months later you will be credited with the amount you are due.

Each month you will receive a check made out in USD to your name if the total amount of commission exceeds $200. You can ask us to set this limit higher. See the terms and conditions for more details.

You will receive a commission of 25% on each sale made trough your efforts. This 25% is calculated after expense (i.e. credit card processing charges). Also fraudulant purchases, refunds and chargebacks will be taken into account when calculating your final commission fee. Whenever this happens you will be notified.

See below table for estimated details This table gives you an idea on what commissions to expect.

Note: as soon as you’ve sold 10 copies your commission will be set to %30 for every copy sold after that. As soon as you’ve sold 100 copies your commission will be set to 50% for every copy sold after that.

You will be paid at the end of each month, if the amount of commission we ow you exceeds $200. See the terms and conditions for more details. At the time your check is sent out to your mailing address you will also receive an email containing a detailed calculation of your commission.

As soon as you’ve logged on you will see a panel looking like below

To check your hit count (tells you how many people have clicked on your personal link) go to Misc Page/Executive summary. You will see something like below

In this example the user’s link has been clicked on once and the user has sold two copies of PSAR making him a total of $48.5.

Note that these dollar amounts are only estimated amounts. Part of the credit cards processing fees will be deducted first (for example +/- $1.5 per sale of PSAR Personal). Click here for more details.

As soon as you’ve logged on navigate to Settings/User Profile and/or Settings/Configuration. Note that you will need your pin number to make changes. You will find your pin number in the email sent to you upon registration. Be careful to enter the correct details in here, as they will be used by us to send you your check.

A third party solution provider hosts the PSAR affiliate system. This system has several ways of protecting PromaSoft from fraudulent use of the system. Next to those fraud protection schemes every legitimate sale is assigned a unique order number, which is also linked to the commission. If this is not the case the commission won’t be paid out.
