Support Contracts
Free Support
After purchase you are entitled to 2 months of
free support. During that period you will get
email support. For more complicated questions/issues
phone support will be provided. Turn around times
depend on how long the support queue is and can
vary from hours to days. After these two month
support will still be offered as good as possible.
Bug reports are always treated with high priority.
Support Contracts
A monthly support contract costs $350. With this
type of contract you will get absolute priority
over all free support inquiries. You will get
immediate phone support and a special email account
which is monitored on a daily basis (CET office
hours and weekends). The support contract does
