Producing a debug log
If you're being asked by support to produce a
debug log follow below instructions. A debug log
will show in detail what is happening on your
PSAR system leading up to an issue.
- Click on the [dbg] button that you
can find on the main application window right
above the log panel on the Event Log
tab. The [dbg] button will now be depressed
and you will see that several debug messages
(labeled DEBUG:) will scroll over the screen.
- Now wait until the issues you are having happen
again
- After you've passed the point where the issues/problem
have happened click on the [Save] button
(alsolocated on the Event Log tab), enter a
filename (choose one) and click Save
on the file selection window.
- Send the file you've just created to
