Main program window

From here you can keep an eye on everything that is happening and configure PromaSoft AutoResponder.

Filter Manager

From here you can create new filters (autoresponders) and manage them, change position, rename, edit etc ...

Filter Definition Panel

Here you can define how a filter (autoresponder) will react, to which emails it will respond, which actions it will take etc ...

Mailing Definition Panel

Here you can define your mailings, followup mailings, which contact database they have to use etc ...

Messages Panel

This panel shows all messages that PSAR received, which filters have matched them and which messages have been sent.

Advanced scheduler

Using the advanced scheduler you can schedule your mailings, tasks etc... to run at the times you want. This also includes scheduling followup mailings.

Formhandlers

Formhandler databases are databases that you can create an which can be populated manually or automatically based on information extracted from incoming emails.

Formhandler parsing

Here you will create your formhandler databases (contact databases) and also define where the data can be found in the incoming emails.

Webpage Cache

The webpage cache can be used to load online webpages. This can happen automatically or manually. Later the cached copies can be used in your replies and mailings.

Script editor

This is the color codes script editor. Scripts allow you to create dynamic content in your replies and mailings.

WYSIWYG HTML Editor

PSAR comes with an integrated WYSIWYG HTML editor.

Advanced Filter Editor

PSAR allows you to create advanced filters where you can combine several matching criteria.

Database Connection Panel

Here create connections to external databases like MySql, Oracle, MS SQL etc... Later you can create synchronisation jobs that will retrieve/extract data out of those external database into or from internal PSAR databases.

Synchronization Jobs

Here define your database synchronization jobs. They define which fields from one database have to be copied into which fields in another database.

Synchronisation Job Output

This is how the output of a synchronisation job looks like. Note that you can manually run these jobs but also automatically.

Preview Panel

When in preview mode, PSAR will show you every email that it wants to send allowing you to accept or reject the email.
